About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests through support in store operations and leading the team.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment with limited storage space.
• Skills: Must have effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
