Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming atmosphere and leading the team during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain experience in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care.
- Develop a wide range of skills to enhance both your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant’s expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
