About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and driving the success of our restaurants through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal certifications, such as Food Handler, at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are confined, requiring standing for extended periods and reaching across counters at 36 inches. Lifting up to 50 lbs., working in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively, adapting to dynamic environments, and managing conflicts are required.
