Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• Some high school education.
• Prioritize operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire necessary certifications at your own expense.

Physical Demands:

• Hot and noisy workspace.
• Limited storage space and high shelving.
• Standing for long periods and reaching across counters.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced work environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Conflict resolution and handling difficult situations.
