Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests through support in store operations and team leadership.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
