About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop both yourself and your team
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred operations experience
- Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
