Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the restaurant's mission through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
- Develop a diverse skill set to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
