Our Panda Shift Leaders are central figures in our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, responsible for creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading teams.
Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Some high school education.
- Prioritize some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal requirements like Food Handler certification at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach across counters. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach shelves at 36 inches. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
