About the role

Prepares food for patients, staff, visitors, and special events while maintaining excellent customer service. The work environment is primarily office‑based.

Responsibilities

  • Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes and methods.
  • Document food preparation and usage according to standards.
  • Ensure all quality, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed, including proper wrapping, storage, and labeling.
  • Read and interpret patient meal tickets, verify patient identifiers, recipes, ingredients, labels, and dates.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior food service experience is advantageous.

Skills

  • Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide quality customer service.

Schedule

Rotation includes weekends and holidays.
