Cook - Full Time

About the role

This individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye-appealing product within an allotted amount of time.

Licensure

Food Handlers certification within 90 days of hire (Jefferson and Springfield locations).

Equipment Used

• All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
• Ability to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds

High school diploma or its equivalent.
