Responsibilities
- Affirms all dietary procedures.
- Maintains safe and effective operation of all kitchen equipment.
- Establishes food production line to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Projects a positive and enthusiastic demeanor during interactions with residents and their families.
- Cooks and serves nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary Arts training preferred.
- Two years of dietary experience.
- Knowledge of dietary procedures, relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Leadership skills and ability to work harmoniously with staff.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing position required, may involve prolonged standing.
