Responsibilities

  • Affirms all dietary procedures.
  • Maintains safe and effective operation of all kitchen equipment.
  • Establishes food production line to ensure timely meal preparation.
  • Projects a positive and enthusiastic demeanor during interactions with residents and their families.
  • Cooks and serves nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary Arts training preferred.
  • Two years of dietary experience.
  • Knowledge of dietary procedures, relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work harmoniously with staff.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing position required, may involve prolonged standing.
