Cook - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing vegetables and side items
• cleaning, cutting, and smoking meats and poultry
• accurate measurement of food portions
• safe handling of kitchen equipment
• proper cleaning of work areas and utensils

Requirements

• at least six months of relevant experience
• basic knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Food Handler’s Permit if applicable

Physical Stamina

• long standing
• lifting up to 80 pounds
