We're seeking a Cook who is passionate about preparing delicious meals and building meaningful relationships with residents and fellow team members.

About the role

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for serving seniors. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents and colleagues. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Willingness to help with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Create Joyful Meals: Prepare fresh, flavorful, and memorable dishes that residents love.
• Resident Connections: Learn residents' preferences and dietary needs to make every meal special.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dining staff, care teams, and leadership to ensure smooth service.
• Special Events: Showcase your culinary creativity during community events, celebrations, and gatherings.
