About the role

We are seeking a dedicated kitchen employee to join our team at Rockefellers Raw Bar and our sister company Brisket. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be a loyal team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Handle inventory and maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Support other kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
