About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative chef to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued.
Responsibilities
- Compose and prepare scratch made dishes under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items, both traditional and innovative, to meet guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure consistency and quality across all Epic locations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering services.
- Ensure food safety and adhere to Epic’s health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional cooking experience or a Culinary Arts degree.
- Experience in fine dining or large-volume kitchens is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI or live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
