Cook/Chef

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative chef to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are valued.

Responsibilities

• Compose and prepare scratch made dishes under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.
• Contribute to the development of new menu items, both traditional and innovative.
• Ensure dishes are presented beautifully and meet high standards of quality.
• Work collaboratively with other culinary staff to maintain a positive team dynamic.
• Assume responsibility for the entire process of creating dishes, from conception to serving.
• Participate in catering events and other special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen or a Culinary Arts degree.
• Fine dining, large-volume experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.

Pay

$25.00/hour starting salary, with potential for raises and bonuses.

Schedule

Daytime Monday-Friday hours (typically 7am - 3pm).

Location

The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Financial relocation assistance is provided.
