Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make personal connections
• Prepare all required items according to make sheets/recipes while adhering to Big E’s standards
• Set up and maintain service units with necessary items
• Service items according to established portions and presentation standards
• Notify the Back of House Manager of expected shortages
• Ensure assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary
• Follow all copen/close/cleaning check lists presented by management
• Maintain compliance with local health and safety regulations
• Adhere to Suburban Inns processes
• Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records

Requirements

• Minimum knowledge: Ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions, typing, record keeping, or word processing
• Good communication skills
• Prior restaurant experience preferred
• ServSafe Food and Allergen Certification required
