What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Aid in prep, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment
- Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
- MORE THAN 3 YEARS OF LINE COOK EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)
- SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY PREFERRED
- ABILITY TO STAND FOR LONG SHIFTS AND LIFT UP TO 50 LBS
- A PASSION FOR GREAT FOOD AND TEAMWORK
