Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities
- Must have skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members

Responsibilities
- Cook à la carte items
- Monitor stock
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
- Aid with training of all Culinary team members
- Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation
- Serve meals to residents promptly and in friendly and courteous manner
