Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe.
- Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form.
- Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas.
- Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately.
- Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed.
Requirements
- Obtain Food Handler's card.
- Meet all mandatory health requirements by State regulations.
Qualifications
- One year of cooking experience.
- Read, write, speak and understand English.
