About the role

As a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you will set the pace of the Restaurant by ensuring all of the food we serve meets our high standards. Working in the Kitchen at Raising Cane’s is a fun and fast paced environment. Crank up the music and have some fun while you are working hard to prepare the highest quality chicken finger meals for our customers to enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food served meets high standards
• Prepare chicken finger meals efficiently
• Work all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between
• Assist in maintaining a fun and fast-paced environment
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to maintain continuity of service
• Adhere to safety procedures when handling and preparing food
• Multitask effectively to meet operational needs

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous experience not required; entry-level position available
• Competitive pay and benefits offered
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend or descend stairs
• Must be able to reach and grasp objects, including above head and below waistline
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Must be able to follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
