Responsibilities
- Master our menu, understanding each item and its preparation to deliver consistent quality.
- Keep storage areas organized and clean, setting up stations before opening and maintaining them throughout your shift.
- Prepare dishes with precision, adhering to event specifications and hotel standards.
- Complete necessary food and station preparations.
- Follow the “Clean As You Go” policy, keeping your work area spotless and safe.
- Breakdown buffets and kitchen line, storing food and equipment properly at the end of each meal period.
- Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and adhere to all safety procedures.
- Proactively manage food storage, rotation, and inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior Cook or kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.
- Flexible availability.
