Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to individual preferences.
- Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
- Assist with assembling prepared food and condiments, adhering to Outback standards.
- Check orders for accuracy and review them with guests before handing off to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to bus tables, deliver food and beverages, and consistently aim to impress customers.
- Comply with safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.
Requirements
- Able to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in both hot and cold environments.
- Able to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods while performing essential job duties.
Qualifications
- California-based positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certifications, which can be completed during training and within 60 days of starting.
