Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients and assembles dishes according to Ford’s Garage recipes and specifications
• Works efficiently and quickly in a hot, noisy, and stressful environment
• Accelerates business development by providing an innovative and entertaining dining experience
• Ensures food safety compliance
• Communicates effectively and safely
• Lifts at least 50 pounds

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality
• Service-minded attitude
• Food Safety certification (state law required)
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency (preferred)
