What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout each shift
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating expectations
- Complete prep work and help keep ingredients properly labeled, stored, and rotated
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate with kitchen leaders and teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Support kitchen operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Able to communicate well and work as part of a team
- Able to work evenings, weekends, Sundays, and holidays as scheduled
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
This position requires evening, weekend, and Sunday availability.
