Job Responsibilities

• Daily temperature logs completed for lunch & dinner prior to end of shift.
• Daily production sheets filled out for lunch & dinner prior to end of shift.
• Prep items for your station.
• Have production ready & set before service.
• Aid in catering events that are scheduled for the day.
• Ensure station cleanliness.

Qualifications & Abilities

• Create a positive customer experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Prepare food and beverage products consistently as instructed.
• Capable of working independently and following verbal and written instructions.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Read, write, comprehend, and produce finished products from recipes.
• Operate all kitchen machinery and equipment.
• May be required to pass written and on-the-job tests if desired by management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and position experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid photo ID.
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Working Conditions

• Bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing and descending multiple flights of stairs while carrying heavy items.
• High and cold temperatures, moisture, and humidity.

Compensation

$25-27/hr plus benefits after eligibility is met.
