The Role

You’ll prepare and cook menu items, maintain station readiness, and support overall kitchen execution. You’ll help uphold quality, consistency, and culinary standards.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
• Complete daily prep and maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate with the kitchen team during service
• Aid with inventory, labeling, and storage
• Support the culinary team as needed
