Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality meals.
- Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a restaurant kitchen setting.
- Proven ability to manage staff and meet operational goals.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid Food Handlers Permit.
