Job Duties
- Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes.
- Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance.
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control and safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of sanitation during and at the completion of all food production assignments.
- Supervise kitchen staff as directed by the Food Service Director.
Requirements
- Cook experience preferred (training provided)
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
