About the role
Assist residents in daily living activities, provide meals, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with meal preparation and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of living areas
- Document resident care activities and progress
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and moving of residents
Skills
