About the role

Cook 3 position available at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas.

Responsibilities

• Set within the scenic backdrop of Indian Wells
• Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
• Give direction in the supervisor's absence

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• At least two years of previous line and fine dining experience
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
• Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
• Able to work under moderate supervision and training

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
