About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding all production requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities include setting up stations for service, preparing advance items within estimated needs, and properly operating and cleaning a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers, and grills. The position also requires following proper food rotation and storage procedures.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Intermediate culinary knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
