About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding all production requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up stations for service
- Preparing advance items within estimated needs
- Properly operating and cleaning a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers, and grills
- Following proper food rotation and storage procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
- Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position
- Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay
Rate of Pay: $35.28/hr
