About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable culinary professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding all production requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up stations for service
- Prepare advance items within estimated needs
- Operate and clean a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers, and grills
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Follow proper food rotation and storage procedures
Requirements
- Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
- Intermediate culinary knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Rate of Pay: $33.48/hr
- Preferred qualifications include working knowledge of food preparation and management
