About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable culinary professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders while upholding all production requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up stations for service
  • Prepare advance items within estimated needs
  • Operate and clean a variety of kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, steamers, mixers, and grills
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Follow proper food rotation and storage procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • Intermediate culinary knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Rate of Pay: $33.48/hr
  • Preferred qualifications include working knowledge of food preparation and management

Skills

  • Intermediate culinary knowledge
  • Ability to follow food rotation and storage procedures
  • Ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment
