About the role
The Hotel Banquet Cook is a culinary position open to cooks of an intermediate or higher level. This role requires total supervision and training.
Responsibilities
- Total supervision and training of kitchen staff
- Supervise food preparation and service
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Prepare and serve meals to guests
- Manage inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Requirements
- Intermediate or higher level culinary skills or related cooking experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Capable of performing repetitive duties
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications
