Cooking Duties

• Prepares food items prior to cooking.
• Sautées, fries, or cooks food on the kitchen line.
• Ensures use of fresh ingredients and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
• Prepares recipes to standard to maintain product consistency.

Customer Service

• Assists customers with orders.
• Serves food to customers if needed.
• Fills display cases as needed.
• Aids in the cleaning of the department.

Work Schedule

• Must be available to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.
