About the role
The Conversions Crew plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in setting up and managing events such as Full Stadium Concerts, NFL and NCAA Football Games, and trade shows. Your primary responsibility will be to unload and transport materials, move and secure equipment, and assist with physical set-ups and clean-ups.
Responsibilities
- Unload and transport delivered materials to designated storage areas.
- Maintain and secure storage areas to prevent loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Move equipment and materials from storage to specified locations or setup areas as needed.
- Operate equipment safely and in compliance with established training and safety guidelines.
- Prepare storage areas for next setup or changeover prior to scheduled start time.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical skills and experience in an arena, convention center, or stadium.
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements and knowledge of security and safety.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Capable of working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs. unaided and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
