Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist
What You'll Do
- Experimentation & Testing
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile
- Translate hypotheses into structured experiments with clear success metrics
- Ensure experiments are implemented accurately and analyzed with rigor
- Conversion Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion across key funnel stages (e.g., search, pricing, checkout, post-booking)
- Analyze user behavior to uncover friction points and drop-offs
- Partner with product and design teams to develop solutions that improve performance
Data & Insights
- Use quantitative data (analytics, funnel metrics) and qualitative insights (user research, session replays, surveys) to inform hypotheses
- Monitor and report on key conversion metrics (e.g., conversion rate, abandonment, revenue per visitor)
- Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product Managers to align experiments with roadmap priorities
- Analytics teams to define metrics and validate results
- Design & Research to develop and test user-centric solutions
- Engineering to implement and scale experiments
- Contribute to a collaborative, insight-driven product development process
Experimentation Best Practices
- Follow and contribute to experimentation frameworks, standards, and governance
- Ensure proper test design, statistical validity, and documentation of results
- Maintain a repository of learnings to inform future optimization efforts
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with CRO trends, tools, and best practices
- Proactively bring new ideas and approaches to improve experimentation impact
- Support building a strong test-and-learn culture across the organization

Compensation and Benefits
The annual starting salary for this position is between $115,000 – 125,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
