Job Summary

This role supports the banquet team, conference manager team, and other hotel departments by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning for meetings and events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean work area.

What You Will Be Doing

• Correctly and efficiently set-up and break-down all functions, including meetings, dinners, exhibits, tradeshows, auctions, etc.
• Refresh function rooms during meals and breaks.
• Move carts of convention equipment to/from storage areas.
• Interact and service customer needs (internal and external).
• Clean function space, banquet space, and storage areas.
• Report major cleaning and repair needs daily.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles, operating all equipment as intended.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Follow through on supervisor and manager instructions.
• Be familiar with and assist other departments as needed.

• Valid Driver’s License required as this position may involve transporting equipment across the resort.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. with assistance).
