We are a well-established global manufacturer of heat exchangers and thermal management solutions, with a multi-generational history spanning over a century in the industry. With manufacturing operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, we serve a diverse range of end markets — including oil & gas, power generation, food & beverage, and general industrial processing — with a broad product portfolio covering air-cooled, plate, shell & tube, and custom-engineered heat exchange systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all cost accounting and financial activities for the manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for the manufacturing department.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to senior management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and develop cost reduction strategies.
• Work closely with manufacturing management to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• An MBA or CPA would be considered an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in cost accounting is required.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of economic and financial trends affecting the manufacturing industry.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
