Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • The ability to perform the following:
    • Lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying - limited lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 15-20 lbs.
    • Bending/kneeling - limited bending/kneeling required when arranging supplies or equipment.
    • Mobility - limited mobility between offices and departments.
    • No continuous standing, climbing or driving.

Skills

Passionate about people and service.

Strong communication skills essential when interacting with guests and employees.

Basic math skills used frequently when handling cash or credit.

Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities often used.

The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
