Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
- Help with mobility around the house or outside.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Complete client's shopping.
- Light housekeeping duties.
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
- Offer activities essential for daily living.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate and supportive.
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver.
- Take pride in providing high quality care.
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client).
- CNA or HHA Certified preferred.
