Responsibilities
- Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Making sure guests feel safe by monitoring security systems and conducting regular property walks.
- Serving as the supervisor for front desk agents, security personnel, and overnight cleaning or maintenance staff.
- Preparing nightly reports on occupancy, rate, and revenue figures.
- Coordinating with various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and others to ensure quality guest service.
- Providing feedback and coaching to staff members.
- Maintaining accurate records of room inventory and sales.
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns.
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Front Office management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Outstanding customer service, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in telephone etiquette.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
