Responsibilities

  • Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Making sure guests feel safe by monitoring security systems and conducting regular property walks.
  • Serving as the supervisor for front desk agents, security personnel, and overnight cleaning or maintenance staff.
  • Preparing nightly reports on occupancy, rate, and revenue figures.
  • Coordinating with various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and others to ensure quality guest service.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to staff members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of room inventory and sales.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns.
  • Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Front Office management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Outstanding customer service, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in telephone etiquette.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
