Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze project costs and provide detailed financial reports to management.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
