Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close activities and analyze actual results against budget and forecast.
- Direct forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes for the plant.
- Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Manage cost accounting processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and reporting requirements.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, financial reports, and operational analyses.
- Partner with management on cost savings initiatives, process improvements, and business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
- Strong ERP experience, ideally Epicor.
- Experience with general ledger activity, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and GAAP reporting.
Pay
Up to $135,000 (Plus Bonus)
