  • Cash Flow & Working Capital: Monitor cash flow and working capital with a focus on AR collections, AP discipline, and liquidity visibility. Partner with leadership to ensure predictable cash management.
  • Cost Accounting & Inventory: Oversee inventory valuation, standard vs. actual costing, and variance analysis. Ensure BOMs, routings, and inventory processes accurately reflect plant operations.
  • Margin & Profitability Analysis: Perform margin analysis and identify opportunities for profitability improvement. Provide clear insights into cost drivers and operational performance.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Support rolling forecasts and financial planning tied directly to production and demand. Provide timely variance analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Systems & Financial Discipline: Enforce financial discipline within the existing ERP system. Identify financial risks early and escalate issues with data-backed recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a small accounting and administrative team as needed. Hold the line on financial standards and challenge assumptions when the numbers do not support the direction.
