What You’ll Do

• Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business strategy
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP standards
• Partner with leadership on financial planning, KPIs, and performance insights
• Manage audits, tax coordination, and external financial relationships
• Develop and mentor accounting staff while improving processes and efficiencies

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
