Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of all financial operations related to assets development, construction, carrier leasing, and long-term asset management.
• Accurate project accounting, lease revenue reporting, coordination of payroll through ADP, compliance with ground leases, production of GAAP-compliant financial statements, coordination of audits, tax filings, and telecom-related regulatory reporting.
• Strong financial controls across a growing asset portfolio.
• Tracking of all development costs, construction draws, permitting fees, and capitalized expenditures for each tower site.
• Overseeing escalations, amendments, and revenue recognition for carrier agreements.
• Ensuring accurate accounting for ground leases, easements, renewals, and rent escalations.
• Monitoring asset construction budgets, vendor invoices, retainage, and change orders.
• Capitalizing assets, tracking depreciation, and maintaining asset registers.
• Leading monthly and annual budgets and long-term forecasts for tower revenue, capex, and cash flow.
• Managing cash needs for development cycles, construction funding, and debt service.
• Preparing financial packages, project performance updates.
• Maintaining controls over lease billing, vendor payments, and project approvals.
• Collaboration with outside services to ensure corporate resolutions, insurance, and business licenses are up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Experience with ADP for payroll and HR.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, financial reporting.
