We're seeking a skilled Controller to oversee all accounting operations, ensure impeccable financial reporting, and drive internal controls in a fast-growing organization. This is an opportunity to elevate financial processes and lead a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing accounting teams
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to operate in a hands-on, detail-oriented capacity

Preferred skills

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Knowledge of internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• 7 to over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting

Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH

This role may require some travel for audits and meetings.
