About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Manage company’s social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and reach
- Engage with customers through social media channels
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficient in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO and content creation
