About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage company’s social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and reach
• Engage with customers through social media channels
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO and content creation
